Tradition Hotels is an idea of Andrea Biasca-Caroni,  owner of Hotel Ascona in Ascona. He is a third generation hotelier. His grandparents acquired the structure, his parents managed it for 40 years, and since 1999, Andrea Biasca-Caroni manages the family hotel. Aware of the importance of tradition in hospitality, he decided to create this seal. He only awards it to hotels who are able to transmit that unique traditional atmosphere.
